Hi! I’m Kristina! My family and I moved to Sarasota from Duxbury, Massachusetts in 1984. After high school, I graduated from Stetson University majoring in Business Finance with a minor in Philosophy. I have been a licensed Florida Realtor since 1996. My career began in the Central Florida area working with top Brokers and builders, specializing in residential and vacation properties for relocating buyers and worldwide investors. In addition, I am a listing expert providing top-notch value reports and marketing campaigns for my Sellers. I have a proven track record of listing success at multiple price points in golf, waterfront, short-term rental, and high-end communities. It was a special honor to be chosen to market and sell the custom-built RE/MAX Miracle Home in the Reunion resort, with the net proceeds benefiting Children’s Miracle Network. In 2008, I returned to Sarasota.
